Pros

Relatively relaxed work culture, a young workforce, and relatively monopolistic in its area of operations. This is probably likely to change for the worse, as the company strives to "appear professional" rather than keep its employees happy and satisfied.

Cons

Full of idiots in important positions. Relationships and time spent with the company seem to be key to advancement. Intra-team politics is rampant, and employees are sometimes made to bend over backwards in order to cater to clients with unreasonable deadlines/requests. Probation process is mostly a cheap way to deny incentive pay. HR processes are as fast as a turtle, with rapidly declining employee-friendliness. Referral system is a farce, max referral bonuses are claimed by HR team members who approve their own recruits. Spending 16 hours or more each day is looked upon as hard work, which is quite sad really. Pay grade is absolutely laughable and heading downward with each recruitment.

Pros

There are no pros anymore. This place used to be good till 2013. Things changed for the worse.

Cons

Too many things to mention. *Bad management *Bad policies *HR is fit for nothing *You'll end up losing your money while working here. Also, many people are not given incentives when they quit. The HR blames your manager for the loss and video versa. *Managers play dirty. They either threaten you in the name of incentives or wrt your growth in the company. *Favouritism for friends and people who flatter the managers and management *Distribution of work is uneven. People who agree to help are burdened with a lot of work and are never appreciated for it. *There's no use of being loyal to this company

Pros

The best thing is the nature of work--I think they do some pretty interesting stuff out there. Reading Psychology and Management texts for a living is sure a great way to spend your work days if your interests and aptitude aligns with it.

Cons

But work is not all there is to a company. Culture matters. Leadership matters. Work/life balance matters. It is a bad sign when people keep touting the culture at a place; culture is something that is silently imbibed and cherished, not always boasted about on the premise that most employees are young and "cool." It is a bad sign when most managers in the company are in their late 20s. Nothing against youth per se, but it takes certain experience to attain people skills. It is a worse sign when the most successful people in the company are almost always taking work home and working till 2 AM. It shows what kind of behavior is rewarded at the place.
