Pros

Great workplace, and good facilities for employees

Cons

It's purely your luck to work on a good team and a good project. Projects often change, and teams too. Benefits and salary hikes are not dependent much on your performance; you have to maintain good relations and follow nonsense rules of the team leads. HR's are not at all cooperative.

Pros

It is a place great way to pivot into a new field, through the apprentice program, as long as you don’t have a college degree. Granted this does depend on the client project you land on and the team you work with.

Cons

Starting without the college degree, just know that you’ll be payed less than those at the same level, who have a college degree, for the same kind of work. Unless you are very strong at networking, it’ll be difficult to catch up since your base has started from a lower starting point. So keep in mind that you’ll build your experience and then most likely need to leave to get better pay eventually.
