Unfortunately majority of the groups are dysfunctional with senior and mid level managers who simply do not have any care for employees. There are lots of infighting between teams rather than functioning as one Acciona, CEO and GM promote this behaviour which subsequently gets pushed down the other levels. Toxic culture and technical people became leaders without any leadership quality. Boys clubs all around, really not friendly environment. Worst place I've ever worked in my career.

Unprofessional and poor management, Acciona is seeking to hire cheap labour, such as graduates or undergraduates, which causes experienced and knowledgeable employees to prefer to leave. all related to horrible management decisions
