Pros

Connections made with some colleagues, and no micro management which is refreshing.

Cons

Monthly pay, uplift doesn’t cover the hours you are expected to work. And we were told we fly in their time…lies. Flights are before 6am in and after 6pm on last day. 16 hours lack of fatigue management. This rule does not apply for Management just the workers.

Pros

This is a great company to work for. It is fast paced. You're never bored and are always learning new things. Lots of growth and potential development. The company respects your time and leadership will try their best to not contact during non-working hours; there are some urgent items though. Great work life balance. Pay and benefits are decent for the local.

Cons

-Lack of resources: This might be true for most companies, but Acciona runs very lean. It's an up-hill battle to get more resources and/or headcount. Sometimes it feels like you are doing the work of 3 people and issues does not stop. -This is also true for most companies too. When you're in leadership, there's not much room for upward mobility or growth. -There's a good amount of turn over at the entry to midlevel positions. It is getting better since I started 2 years ago.
