Some manager are difficult and not really management skills

Long working hours. 11-12 hours per day. No time for personal life. Not enough support from managers.

Silo business structure, could be better at working as one company.

Unfortunately majority of the groups are dysfunctional with senior and mid level managers who simply do not have any care for employees. There are lots of infighting between teams rather than functioning as one Acciona, CEO and GM promote this behaviour which subsequently gets pushed down the other levels. Toxic culture and technical people became leaders without any leadership quality. Boys clubs all around, really not friendly environment. Worst place I've ever worked in my career.

The company operated like several separate companies. Some of the US based VPs were toxic, not familiar with industry best practices, and messed with metrics to hide facts or push blame in order to meet goals/KPIs. Very little communication between departments which made life difficult for any junior staff. Everything was urgent or a big deal - most of these items were not urgent or a big deal. There was a ton of drama amongst the senior management. I found I really could not trust anyone beyond my direct boss and group. Also, the company will not try to retain you.

Managers leaving constantly, a lot of movement of staff

Busy as all other infrastructure projects, long hours

Really stressful and lots of pressures going around to meet client's standards, managers too.
