      Pay, Work Life Balance, Friends, Tools, and a place for advancement. Easy company to work for and move your career.

      Cons

      Time to work, new structure that needed to happen and we are now on the right road with great people.

      Pros

      It feels like like everything you do in your position is helping the company achieve its goals. There is great work/life balance, and you feel like more than just a number to the company.

      Cons

      No real cons at this time. The only thing that comes to mind is with the insurance, which could be slightly better, but it is more than adequate to fit our needs.

      The worst job I ever had in my life!!!

      Pros

      There were no pro's except that the location of the Atlanta was close to where I lived so traffic and commute was not too bad. Other than that, there was nothing good about this job at all.

      Cons

      The branch manager was a liar. She hired me to take her place so she could leave me to run the branch by myself. The upper management are all close friends with each other so there is no point going to HR or anyone else because they are all in it together. There is NO work life balance at all. All recruiters are expected to use their personal phone for work with no compensation and you're expected to be "on call" 24/7 even on holidays and vacation.

      Brilliant company to work for, been here for almost 1 year and have been provided with amazing intensive training and support to help progress my career. I am surrounded by motivated, enthusiastic and friendly colleagues who help and support the team so much. Very welcoming company who want to see you succeed and recognise your successes. Great work life balance and very social company to work for.

      Work life balance, paid time off policy, fun team, management implemented many positive changes over the past year. Opportunity to cultivate and grow your book of business.

      Employees are accountable, only a con if you don’t want to work hard.

      Horrible recruiting tools, no good clients, horrible commission structure. Management is clueless.
