      - Use of mostly VBA + SQL to create dashboards and reports. - Decent starting point for people that want experience in programming

      Cons

      - No real mentorship or advancement opportunities unless you make the jump to software developement or into operations management. - Pay way under industry standard for developers. - Inconsistent across the region, you probably won't be doing exactly what another PD is doing at another site.
