Pros

Flexible timings and looks like corporate thats it. Good infrastructure.

Cons

Cons list - 1. No new technologies to work on, still work in .net legacy code. No efforts to improve coding standards. 2. Recruiting employees with knowledge on latest technologies and forcing them to work on their age old projects mostly copy paste of existing projects. 3. Very unprofessional environment. People shout like in a fish market at times. IT work desks requires a bit of less noisy environment. 4. Your status depends on your seniors or team leads. Even team leads are of old mentality. They Don't wanna new people do good there. No opportunities to share your ideas and techniques. 5. Less chances of getting to the senior level as there are people already pinned their flags in the positions. 6. Appraisals are just for name sake. 7. Lots of favoritism and bias from your team seniors. 8. Pay less. 9. You won't learn a single new thing over here in fact there are chances you'll forget good development standards. It's a total mess over here. Keep yourself away from for better.

Pros

Good Pay Master, you will get good take home amount

Cons

Worst HR policies - they can change at their convenience 1) 3 months notice period (but still they mention notice period as 2 in offer letter), pls dont fall in their trap 2) 9.5 working hours (in company website they have mentioned only 8.5 still) 3) only 1.8 leaves per month 4) For 3 months onsite you have to give 1 year bond, for <3 months onsite you have to sign 6 months bond, this is compulsory. 5) very less pay at Onsite 6) Delays in giving appraisals/promotions 7) Implementing all bad policies of other companies 8) except compensation you wont get any single NP benefits here. 9) Bad HR formalities, still you have to run behind all the departments for clearance.

Pros

No pros experienced till now.

Cons

Atos asked me to join the project early for which I had to take early release from previous organization. Also Atos promised to convert me to ATOS payroll after 3 months of working on IDC technologies payroll. The working policy of client was conveyed to me incorrectly by the hiring authority because of which I had to undergo mental harassment. False promise was made to me by the Atos management, of moving me to another project as the working policy of current client was not conveyed to me. One month later , Atos asked me to leave the organization with a shortest notice of 1 day, without even giving any prior intimation. Nethier ATOS nor IDC technologies paid me for the notice period. In my career of 4.4 years, after working with 2 different MNC's prior to joining ATOS, this is the worst experience of working with ATOS.
