There is no potential growth in the company, no matter how much effort people put in their work. No referral bonus as in many other companies. The top management has no idea who are their workers, especially on the lowest level of hierarchy, even if the size of the company is not so big. Discrepancy between the qualification of people and their salary. No work-life balance, spamming with Viber messages 24/7 even when in a paid or sick leave. Everything is urgent, the work process is chaotic and nobody knows what are they responsible for.

The founders have zero business experience, their previous companies were “gifts” by their oligarch father, so they kept spending much more than they can afford and went into spiraling debt crisis and BY FAR is currently being sued by its marketing agency, showroom, factories, material suppliers, ex-employees, celebrities used for the campaigns, and others.
