Since it is primarily man-management, chances of frauds or any other unwarranted activity might drive you crazy. 4. The knowledge level and exposure is extremely limited. You will get sucked right into the company and will be deemed unfit for any other MFI institution if you dont get out in time. 5. BFIL(SKS Micro Finance) recruited me in 2015 by telling lot of stories around banking license.But they were denied with banking license(There are 100 reasons for that).Situation in the company became too worst, the old guys(The worthless employees) who have been sticking with company like bats don't like the talented new joiner.They try to pull down the talented new joiner using some dirty work place politics. Here we have to offer daily breakfast and chutney's to the top cadre of IT department or do some personal work in order to get an hike or promotion.Appraisal system is a joke and HR department is in sleeping mode 365.Worthless top management. I was recognised by the outside world in 2015 and 2017 but this organisation which was filled up blind C'Cadre didn't recognise my efforts and value edition.They won't give value to skills,knowledge and education they only see one qualification "licking of boss shoes" for promotion and hikes. Strangely they get shortlisted as the best place to work,i don't know how and whom are giving that one this worthless organisation. I saw only at this organisation that a zero knowledge and dummy person heads a department or a function.
