Pros

Many passionate people working here who truly want to help others.

Cons

Their hunger is endless. No matter how much they take, it is never enough. Leadership does not care that their decisions have negative impacts on the team. The bottom dollar was more important and I was laid off. It's hard to work for a company you feel is constantly out to get you. Do yourself a favor and stay away from these clowns.

Pros

If you can survive for a year, you can survive anywhere.

Cons

This is a horrible place to work based on my personal experience. This company simply only cares about MONEY. When people are overworked guess what happens? They make mistakes. On top of that, they pay some of the lowest wages in this industry to the point it's ridiculous. Save yourselves a headache, it's not worth it.

Pros

You get to work from home and coworkers are nice

Cons

If you want to be overworked, work after hours, and wear multiple hats look no further. The leadership team has never-ending goals and ideas but minimal resources or workers to implement. Leadership has no regard for work life balance and everyone on my team seems so miserable from day 1.

Purpose-Driven Company Making Real Impact

Pros

The company has a truly mission-driven culture. People genuinely care about improving health and wellbeing in real, tangible ways. I work alongside incredibly smart colleagues who are solving complex problems in a challenging industry that doesn’t always change quickly. This isn’t your typical workplace: things move fast, and success here requires adaptability, quick thinking, and a comfort with ambiguity. I enjoy working on a variety of projects and collaborating with people who are making a difference in their communities. It’s incredibly rewarding to know that the work we do can meaningfully change people’s lives.

Cons

Communication from leadership can sometimes be sporadic, with priorities shifting quickly. At times, work that feels urgent one day may be deprioritized the next. That said, the organization is growing rapidly and navigating complex challenges, so some of this fluidity is understandable. Being adaptable and comfortable with change is key to thriving here.

Decent pay, but culture makes it hard to stay long-term

Pros

Company shutdown/free PTO week between Christmas and New Year’s is a nice perk. Remote flexibility and competitive pay for the scope of the role. The day-to-day work is generally manageable.

Cons

Culture is draining and often feels non-collaborative. There is frequent micromanagement, inconsistent leadership, and a pattern of deflecting concerns rather than addressing them directly. Decision-making can lack transparency, and internal mobility and growth opportunities are limited. Advancement does not always feel aligned with performance or qualifications. Workloads increase without clear structure or support, and priorities frequently shift without effective communication.

Pros

I didn't find anything that I would count as pro.

Cons

Leadership style can be very difficult to grasp. Lot of deception. It's all about corporate making their money. The company is constantly short staffed because that means less they have to pay employees. They work their employees like literal slaves. You can feel desperate as a fresh grad, but do not let this company into persuading you to come aboard.

Pros

Many remote options available and 1 week off in december

Cons

Leadership expects you to work extended hours and be on-call 24/7 if not you are not seeing as a team player
