EVERYTHING! If I could give ZERO STARS I would! There is a lack of support from management, there is no guidance or support, training was inadequate, management states “I am here if you have questions” however would get upset if you had questions. The most concerning was the complete disregard for work-life balance and boundaries. Management expectations/requirements were for you to work and be available beyond working hours without compensation, management does not acknowledge or respect personal time. The degrading behavior and tone from management was extremely disrespectful. There were several instances of demanding behavior that created a toxic work environment. Constructive feedback was rarely given, and when it was, it was not delivered in a respectful or professional manner. Working at Care Access was the worst job experience I've ever had. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!

They will lay you off with absolutely no warning.

Management has no skills or education in field of medicine. Extremely disorganized and place emphasis on computer system. Their studies are incomplete as they recruit only beginner physicians.

No matter how dire you think your situation is, run the other way. You will work on studies with a lack of resources and you are expected to figure it out. There is no guidance and things get misplaced easily. Management talks down to us and treats us like we are idiots. We are expected to do the work of five employees for the pay of a part-timer. You poor soul...run. Run as fast as you can.
