The company and work culture are very toxic. It started with the CEO lying to investors and pushing internally for numbers that did not exist. When in April 2022 a new CCO (responsible for the Sales and Marketing team) was introduced to the company (probably pushed by the investors due to the lack of backing up the CEO’s lies) nobody within the company had been involved in the hiring/interviewing process and the disorganization started. This CCO had no prior experience whatsoever in the medical imaging and radiology field and was too ignorant to even learn from his team what the product was about. When people voiced their concerns directly to the CEO (considering that this was a company of 20 people), it only resulted in them getting fired, and people started leaving by themselves as well because none of the raised issues were taken seriously. The CEO and CCO stated that they thought that their own people were conspiring against them and they bullied out one-by-one everyone that was strong, independent and truly engaged with the company. Over a timespan of only 9 months, 7 people left or were ”asked to leave” (with severance packages). Regardless of what you think of the software, the ignorance of the executive level in this company towards improvements and their customers and employees should be a big NO GO and STAY AWAY for anyone.
