      Work Life balance is good

      Cons

      Good for start but only for a year. Worst development environment. Favoritism is on its peak. Low pay and also not that much good increment. All will be given same increment even if you had performed well then others. Politics is in there blood. Will through you out if you dont work as they want. Worst people in development team. Never join the development team you will definitely re grate it in future.

      Pros

      - Very knowledgeable and experienced people - Supportive, caring and mentoring project managers - Adequate learning curve with different data mining and optimization tools, methodologies, and in-depth analytics experience - International staff, mixed cultures - Flexibilities with regards to personal leaves, work from home, working hours etc as long as you meet the project requirements

      Cons

      - Salary is just decent, towards lower half of the competitive scale in industry - Bonus calculations: Bonus calculations use square and cubes of the individual, company and divisional performance. High probability of low utilization and understated company performance being reduce the bonus to less then 75% most of the time. - Other benefit plans not very attractive
