      Awesome, highly talented coworkers Great work culture with coworkers - outside of the office Great office space/location Fun clients/projects

      Cons

      Owner is a bully (she chooses a new target every few months and makes their life hell) No accountability from ownership No real HR processes (no trained/qualified HR staff member) Compensation far below market averages

      Pros

      -excellent, talented, ambitious, and creative people to work with -great central Ottawa/Glebe location -diverse list of clients, so a diverse amount of work is available -good place to start to figure out what direction your career should take, if an agency atmosphere is right for you, and what you do and do not want out of an office job

      Cons

      -poor communication. The owner establishes rules for communication and conflict resolution but rarely follows through -owner tries to pit employees against one another, rather than fostering the "team environment" she talks about -owner has zero experience in marketing/advertising; many times a campaign will be built on shaky foundation -no HR department to allow for unbiased conflict resolution -owner more concerned about image/aesthetics than growing a powerful team -owner rarely recognizes achievements made on behalf of her staff to better the company

      A) Kind and talented coworkers who collaborate effectively to generate big results! B) Many perks: Benefits, flexible work hours, $500 annual training allowance, open communication, Christmas week off, annual staff retreats, etc. C) Excellent leadership: Owner is committed to nurturing employees, is eager to reward for good performance, and committed to providing opportunities for improvement in areas of weakness D) A great, growing list of clients

      Cons

      There is no room for mediocrity here. This isn't necessarily a con, so much as a note for prospective employees! CT'ers hustle hard and hold one another to a high standard of accountability and productivity. You will be challenged here, but in turn, will drive results for clients you may never have thought possible!
