- The turnover rate is out of control, and the cause is no mystery. - The so-called leaders are arrogant, fake, and careless about employee growth. - No real training is offered, yet flawless performance is demanded from day one. - New hires are thrown into the fire with no guidance, then blamed when things go wrong. - The entire setup feels designed to crush your confidence rather than build it.
