However, we're sad to hear that you weren't pleased with other aspects of the job and we'd love to address the complaints you voiced. Break policy: Management in each office has the flexibility to make exceptions to this policy within reason, and I'm sure your former management team would be happy to discuss this with you further should you reach out. Audio quality: We recognize that the quality of the audio we process can vary greatly from person to person based on where they're calling from, etc. Our corporate team does their very best to follow up with customers when we consistently report quality concerns, so we welcome feedback from our employees on excessively difficult audio. Compensation: Our base pay rate does indeed begin at a flat rate but everyone has the opportunity and guidance on how to hit higher rates of pay, which fall under our production-based model rather than a flat rate. Anyone can make up to $13/hour or more based on hitting the metrics provided to them upon hiring, including production bonuses! We are pleased that you found so many positives in your time with us -- our unparalleled scheduling flexibility, being able to get in and get out quickly due to that flexibility and the simplicity of the job itself, the excellent management team there in the Gainesville branch, and the option of custom work for those who are eligible. We think we have offer a unique and low-stress opportunity here at Copytalk Business Services for anyone with typing skills! We would like to address the two complaints mentioned -- first that the job itself is boring and tedious for being minimum wage. We offer a production-based pay model that gives everyone the opportunity to earn $13/hour or better based on their performance stats, which is a very competitive rate far above minimum wage. The job itself can be boring, like any job, but it's straightforward and easy if you have the necessary skillset, financial knowledge can be gained through the various dictations, and we try to find ways in each office to provide social stimulation outside of the program. I'm also pleased to inform you that are are making steps to change the break policy to be more flexible and satisfactory in each office.
