We are pleased that you found so many positives in your time with us -- our unparalleled scheduling flexibility, being able to get in and get out quickly due to that flexibility and the simplicity of the job itself, the excellent management team there in the Gainesville branch, and the option of custom work for those who are eligible. We think we have offer a unique and low-stress opportunity here at Copytalk Business Services for anyone with typing skills! We would like to address the two complaints mentioned -- first that the job itself is boring and tedious for being minimum wage. We offer a production-based pay model that gives everyone the opportunity to earn $13/hour or better based on their performance stats, which is a very competitive rate far above minimum wage. The job itself can be boring, like any job, but it's straightforward and easy if you have the necessary skillset, financial knowledge can be gained through the various dictations, and we try to find ways in each office to provide social stimulation outside of the program. I'm also pleased to inform you that are are making steps to change the break policy to be more flexible and satisfactory in each office.
