      Pros

      Health insurance, but there is a 3 month wait, pay every 2 weeks but it's low!

      Cons

      Employees are expendable. The software always has issues.

      Co workers are great, healthcare is paid for (unless you have dependents)

      Cons

      Low pay, employees expendable, unreliable/dishonest management and owner. Border line hostile work environment, those who can actually change the situation either don't care or are afraid to act.
