      Somewhat Work life balance, that is if you can make it out of office, exposure with the founders.

      Cons

      The management is in ruins, people on top are just filling days trying to squeeze the employees and not add any value themselves. It’s a bad place to be, more like how they should North Korea in some movie- things are made to look sugar coated in front, while in reality they are surviving to run the show. Loads of exits and older employees are really take for granted. Delayed appraisals, heavy workload, bad work, bad leadership,

      Opportunities to explore design, easy to approach management and seniors, pay at par with market

      Cons

      The HR department needs a complete facelift and change to make this a good place to work - the current HR is not at all employee friendly. The management needs to fully replace the HR team to make it attractive to new talent and retain the good ones.
