Somewhat Work life balance, that is if you can make it out of office, exposure with the founders.
Cons
The management is in ruins, people on top are just filling days trying to squeeze the employees and not add any value themselves. It’s a bad place to be, more like how they should North Korea in some movie- things are made to look sugar coated in front, while in reality they are surviving to run the show.
