      Culture in India is horrible

      Pros

      Best product and superb learning. A great place to learn if you are willing to stretch. Globally a great CEO

      Cons

      But why dont you ensure your organisation has similar cultural practices in India. Employees can not be managed depending on the mood of the leadership, or the fact that they only want to give feedback and not receive any, no respect for work life balance. Female employees dont receive growth in the organisation and their views are not respected.

      Great assessment products - although no real R&D in the recent years.

      Cons

      Unidimensional strategy and self-serving senior leadership. Regional leadership is not aligned or lacks capability to drive business growth. Do no practice what they preach.
