Pros
Direct team is fantastic and the work is interesting. There is an abundance of working coming down the pipeline. You get a tool of trade vehicle depending on your function which I guess is a bonus. You learn a lot and lead end to end of projects. Long term contracts across SEQ and an unthinkable amount of work is expected over the next 10 years
Cons
Massive change in culture- the company and the program has shifted from people focus to the bottom line. This is understandable, however, the lack of transparent and honest communication around this cultural and even work conditions has left something to be desired. The company depends flexibility and high performance from the the employee but not from them. To add insult to injury the pay is welllllll below tier 1 companies considering the millions if not billions of dollars of profit they make. They sell the deam of team work, collaboration, “family” culture but it's all spin for the most part. And you can be on call but it is called “reasonable outside of work hrs”. Lack of growth (title wise) in some functions is very limited.
