Pros
- New Bank - Lots of opportunity to make it a great bank - Most of the senior leadership team are easy to approach - Compensation is on the higher-end of the spectrum - Social events are fun eg. Holiday Party
Cons
- No employee development - Long work days are required but not appreciated. - Employee appreciation is only for appearance, but doesn't mean anything - Communication is lacking. They wait until the absolute last minute to make announcements and most times are a manipulated version of the truth - Lack of employee empowerment
