Pros

Was a nice place to work before acquisition of Cadilus. Now, nothing but turmoil, layoffs, and majorly increased workloads. Benefits are decent, many of the people working there are some of the brightest, and nicest people I have ever met.

Cons

As part of your onboarding package from HR, on the checklist of tasks, you are REQUIRED to go to glassdoor and leave a positive review. This means that practically ALL of the good reviews here, were put there because the employee was required to, and they haven't even been there for one week. The upper management are your best friends to your face, but will then stab you right in the back - and they do it unexpectedly. I have seen them fire so many great people, without ANY cause other than - they over-forecasted their demand. I've seen them fire people who they JUST hired who haven't even had a client yet. I've seen them fire people who'd been with the company for years - without cause. The culture at E78 used to be like a dream. But, then they acquired Cadilus and integrated several of their upper & middle management, and now everything is completely wrecked. Stay away!

Pros

Mostly very smart and talented group of professional collegues, helpful, nice, and very easy to get along with. Firm did seem to have unlimited potential for development and growth.

Cons

Executive leadership are out of touch with the workforce - what happens in each area day-to-day, what it takes to successfully integrate staff from an acquisition, or how to genuinely communicate and build the culture they claim to want. Layoffs happen with no notice, I have seen experienced and dedicated staff who were true producers for the business disgarded like they were yesterday's trash, leadership don't know what the staff/team do before a layoff occurs so then remaining staff suffer as a consequence, are executed with no preparation (provision of severance/termination agreements after lay off are delayed), if you ask questions about the paperwork when you get it you may not get a response from leadership until after several follow ups by you. Workloads are extreme and you need to be prepared to work extensive unpaid overtime to get through your daily tasks, projects, and whatever whim that leadership has decided needs immediate and urgent focus at that point in time. You will be underpaid for the work product you are expected to contribute to the firm. I believe some of these more positive Glassdoor reviews are posted by staff new to the firm or a consulting firm hired to boost the firm's positive score as part of their recruiting scope of work.

Pros

There is alot of potential in this company. The employees, outside of the executive team, are team players and will work hard. Bonuses of company meets their targets.

Cons

-They lie in interviews to bring in the right talent in. -There is a culture of working overtime. This includes weekends, 12-13 hr days without additional pay. OT must be justified and go through approvals. -There is no work-life balance. -Clients are placed before the employees health and well-being. -There is no HR support -There is a very high turnover due to employees feeling overworked. -Understaffed and does not have the technology or platforms to support. -There is a focus on quantity and not quality of work so data integrity is a huge challenge. -Employees are not properly trained. -Huge issue with nepotism and business ethics with clients. -Concerns and suggested changes are not taken into consideration and overlooked.
