Overtime was mandatory! You can skip on overtime but it will show as if you've had unpaid time off. And when asked what that was about, manager would just say it's because the stakeholders would flag them if they see people skip on their OTs. Sad excuse and it's illegal. Also, you cnsana forget about applying for VLs. A month in advance request? Ha! They'll still deny said request.
