1. If your manager is bad, you have no choice. HR will never help and there is no one to reach out to. 2. Lots of politics. 3. You will be called as a junior employee in every meeting. 4. Illogical hierarchy. A Bcom graduate is a lead of a Chartered Accountant. I mean SERIOUSLY!!! 5. Every mistake you make no matter small, can cost you no increment or bonus. 6. You will be promised promotion, but you will never get, if your manager is biased. And you cannot do anything about it. 7. You cannot go to your manager or senior manager if you get low ratings unnecessarily. No action is taken. Because the upper management is also like that. 8. Limited industry exposure as they mostly have Insurance clients. 9. You can stay for 1-2 yrs. but after that your learning starts becoming outdated. 10. There is a claw back provision for retention bonus. Please clarify this with the HR before joining. 11. A lot of favouritism. 12. Your manager will ignore your lead’s idleness in case she is not working, if he has good rapport with her. Instead she will pressurise you for any non submission. Unrealistic deadlines which you have to meet otherwise fatwa will be declared in your head.

- They say they provide Cab services. But none of the female friends I know prefer, or feel safe going in them. IS THIS LIKE THE PERFECT COMPANY FOR ME???? Um, well no. You may get thrown into a process where you may have to produce a lot of reports, though automated but time consuming. - Doing work while watching all the managers either talk wholeheartedly about the game last night or just playing any games they want, can be frustrating.
