Pros
good pay and benefits, full time is 25 hours so you don't have to work 40 hours a week (as associate or shift manager). I seriously loved this job and the 7 people I worked with in the store were wonderful, but the work load kept getting larger and it just kept getting harder and harder to get everything done and it would get to a point where I could physically not go on.
Cons
lots of "improvements" so you have to move faster and faster to get everything done, the work is HARD physically and mentally. I worked so hard every shift I could hardly hold my steering wheel to drive myself there.
