Help - Shift Manager ALDI Employee Review

the manager don't care about you as long as they get their bonus, they make you close a store with only 1 person and 1 manager and say make it work. but at the end of the night you dead tired can't function with your family cause you so stressed out. the store managers don't help they just sit in the office and tell you what to do cause they on salary. The managers will leave early to go run errands then come back to the store like they been there all day and still get paid. that's stealing time right? but dont tell your district manager cause they really dnt care they just want the business to run so they can get paid. how is that helpfulfor the TEAM? working at Aldi is not bad its just who you have as a manager.
