Pros
Benefits are pretty good. Coworkers are generally great.
Cons
Management is hit or miss; it completely varies from store to store. Upper management is completely out of touch and would rather prioritized menial cleaning tasks instead of having product on the shelves, while simultaneously cutting labor. You can only trim so much fat before you start cutting into muscle. There is no consistency with scheduling, making work/life balance impossible. Customers are generally pretty nice, but not enough to make up for the bad ones.
