1. Good hourly rate. 2. Time to time incentives for selling certain products or services. 3. You can possibly get a good manager, but that’s EXTREMELY rare.
Cons
Where to begin... 1. Horrible commission. High goals, very low payout. 2. 0 work/life balance. 3. If you get sick or there’s a family emergency, you get penalized for it. 4. No job security whatsoever, management is constantly trying to get rid of people. Area managers are by far the worst. 5. If you enjoy being spoken down to by management then this is the place for you !! 6. You’re nothing but a number. 7. Customers are thee absolute worst. 8. Fire you if you under perform, investigate you if you over perform. 9. Scheduling is based off of seniority which isn’t fair anymore seeing as how the company doesn’t hire full time anymore and part timers don’t go by seniority. 10. This company is extremely unethical. 11. You will become highly stressed, deal with extreme anxiety and practically lose your mind working here. I’m trying to get out because this place isn’t a positive environment. 12. AT&T is not physically, emotionally or mentally safe !!!
