Pros
You'll receive a paycheck provided you're not asked to leave or being kicked out.
Cons
One of the challenges I observed was the frequent staff reductions. The company underwent multiple rounds of layoffs, which created an atmosphere of uncertainty. Additionally, there were efforts to establish working hubs, requiring employees to relocate. Unfortunately, the process appeared disorganized, leading to confusion and frustration among many. Another concern I encountered was the decision to bring employees back to the office. While the idea of working hubs was introduced, the implementation seemed uneven, resulting in some employees being asked to relocate to locations like Dallas. This inconsistency contributed to disruptions within the company. The departure of talented individuals due to the aforementioned challenges was noticeable. Valuable colleagues with vast knowledge and experience chose to leave the company. This turnover, combined with the apparent lack of a clear plan, had a negative impact on the overall environment. There is not only a staff reduction but just overall no perks, no good benefits.. the theme is "get more but give less"
