Cons
Despite a lot of lip service given to work-life balance, can be a difficult place for those looking for a private life outside of work. Expect to travel a lot and work long hours. High-stress 'sink-or-swim' scenarios are common... (If it were easy, the client would be doing the work themselves.) Success is simply expected. Failure in a high-visibility role can be hard to recover from, career-wise.
