1. Good place for new college grads or those with minimum experiences since they can easily get into projects to build skills due to low cost. 2. Lot of trainings available 3. Good health insurance 4. Paid on bench.
Cons
1. Not good for mid or higher level employees who need further developing skills. 2. Hard to be accepted by projects due to the levels. 3. Strong social favor. 4. Salary cross-level on both ways, too high, too low per their levels for mysterious reasons.
