*Career path is under conditions... If you are unstaffed for 2 months, no promotion in that year. Regardless it is off-season or not. *Lots of politics when it comes with promotion and annual review. You will need to have your project or engagement partners to give huge pressure to your career counselor so that you can be promoted to the next level. *Compensation is worse than other consulting firm. When I was involved in a recruiting event in Accenture, I told the interviewee to pick Deloitte Consulting if he can get offers from Accenture and Deloitte simultaneously as Deloitte Consulting pays more.
