Pros
They send you a comfortable chair to work along with a monitor, the laptops are not state of the art but do the job pretty well. They provide a lot of training for your growth! The best benefit to me is that there are 10 extra days of vacation and they are very understandable with parents.
Cons
there are no parking spot at the office, for some people ad there's a waiting list for a parking spot near the office and that consumes 1 hour of your day.
