Pros
you will meet some great people here - some of your coworkers will become your really good friends.
Cons
Compensation - they expect you to work like a dog for little pay - not competitive at all!Work/Life Balance - almost non-existent with this company. I have to beg just to get some time off! Performance Reviews - they pit you against your peers so basically the mindset is dog eat dog. If you're the type who likes to "toot his own horn" then this is suited for you. Advancement - this might not apply to the other workgroups but unfortunately I work for internal operations - no matter how diligent you work it will not get you anywhere unless you "network" with the correct people. I've seen this so many times - the wrong people get promoted while the true workhorse gets stuck...sadly, no upward mobility in the department/group I work in. Benefits - No pension for new hires unless you're tenured for at least 10+ years
