They hire anyone. If you want a job where you do nothing and get paid, this is the ideal place for you.
Cons
Accenture has a long list of values that it claims to uphold. Ok, it's all a lie. It's just the image they want to portray. They still operate like a consulting firm from 30 years ago. It's full of incompetent people, who are friends with the "boss" and middle managers with no management skills, who only care about themselves. Managers don't get to their positions based on talent, but on friendship, and then that affects the way they manage projects. I had 3 different managers, and one was worse than the other.
