Pros

If you were to zoom out and look at the wider market, there are no pro's of working here as compared to elsewhere in Singapore. Any goodwill, or positive impression the company had on employees in Singapore; was utterly crushed, given how the retrenchment excercise was conducted for Singapore and was condemned publicly by the Singapore government body and unions.

Cons

Under new leadership, the cultural shift and focus have diverged and are visible and felt throughout all levels of the organization. Big words from senior leaders hold no weight; only empty reassurances. Words like "pay for performance", "People are our best asset", "We invest in our people" are the empty promises conveyed.
