      Pros

      The relocation package is very good and the visa team is doing a great job. Above average salary for Bangkok region.

      Cons

      You will be stuck in-between an Israeli and Thai management folks, each pursuing their own agenda. Cross-teams communication, especially thai to non-thai is somehow disorganized. Unhealthy work-life balance.
