      - Good compensation, remote work option - Dynamic and fast pace

      Cons

      - Career advancement becomes more vague the higher you move up the ladder. It's not fully base on merits but on how many votes you receive from leaders in your department; which makes it very political - It's a big company, and as it gets bigger, there's less trust and limited information sharing
