Pros
– Fairly chill work environment, though that depends a lot on your team. – Decent pay for the region.
Cons
– The relocation itself is fairly smooth, but outside of visa stuff, you’re basically on your own. – Management quality is hit or miss (mostly miss) — some great folks, some not so much. Top management are not. – Tech leadership is mostly weak (depends on the area you’re in). – Codebase quality keeps trending in the wrong direction.
