Pros
There are no longer any pros in working for this organization. When I began with Allstate they were an employee/customer focused organization that focused on retention and providing outstanding service, this is no longer the case.
Cons
Long hours, most employees do not receive overtime pay and the benefits package has dwindled to the most basic incentives. Furthermore, management is focused on numbers and budgets rather then on employees and customers.
