Pros

Good-ish benefits. Also, they are always hiring because new hires do not stay very long once they realize what a bad place it is to work at.

Cons

This company typically makes bad decisions in selecting managers, who are allowed to micro-manage & intimidate employees. If your manager doesn't care for you, don't count on raises or promotions. They are top-heavy and may have a few token minorities or females in mid to upper management, but to join even the lower management club it's pretty much who you know, not what you know or how well you do it. The corporate culture is all about being super-picky to the point of ridiculousness and setting unreasonable & unreachable goals to justify punishment for performance that will never be good enough.

Pros

Good benefits and ok PTO

Cons

Terrible pay and composition structure. Point bassed systems are only used to screw your sales agents out of money. I doubt they will be around another 50 years. Management proudly says that the way to move up is "be good where you are". Upper management is disproportionately F. All the agents hate the job and its very obvious to see.
