Pros
Good salary, great hiring bonus in the first 2 years, and receiving stocks on the first 4 years. Medical plan that includes dependents, car park, free coffee and snacks in the office, kitchenette well equipped. Flexible schedule. The best notebooks are available and it's easy to get anything I need. People generally are kind and helps each other.
Cons
Working from the office 5x a week. The building neighborhood has heavy traffic and high prices. Besides the office is next to a mall, good restaurants are in a 650 m walk away. I see more people being hired for higher positions than people being promoted from inside.
