Pros
Truly the workplace for self starters and those comfortable with ambiguous environments. If you're able to learn on your own, be proactive, and develop the right relationships you can succeed. The money and stock were good.
Cons
A lot of folks enter disillusioned that there is no one to walk you through the role. Many leave within their first year if they aren't able to wear many hats, wade through ambiguity, and unable to set up their own systems and mechanisms.
