Pros
Amazon challenges everyone to breach the norm. It ensures it provides enough resources to allow leaders to spread their wings and find their way over each unique wall they encounter while also continuing to work on innovative ways to reduce redundant workloads (while not perfecting this yet) in order to drive leadership and associate engagement.
Cons
The work needs to get done, no matter what. And this model can sometimes not sit well with everyone. But the more we as leaders learn to effectively delegate responsibilities, the easier the role becomes and the higher span of influence you will have.
