Pros
Company is really good for folks that want to take on more responsibility to learn. They have really good mechanisms for everything. There is never a dull moment.
Cons
Almost all requirements are really high priority and were needed yesterday. The concept of priority gets lost across all the requirements. There is a leadership principle called "Earth's best employer", but Amazon does everything that is possible to keep dinging employees whenever possible. Too much of cut-throat culture.
