Pros
Very stimulating environment with a lot of very smart folks. Work/life balance is surprisingly good. Lots of opportunities for growth and exposure to some awesome new technologies and platforms.
Cons
Not a con, but the day to day flow is very fast paced with frequently shifting priorities. You have to be able and prepared to deal with a lot of ambiguity in your projects. Don't expect things to be handed to you on a platter - you will need to dig in constantly to get the most out of everything you do, and to deliver your tasks on time.
