Pros
Flexible hours are real, good salary, several online and presence training, there is a culture that encourages diversity for real. Very challenging environment and it seems that there is an actual career plan, although I still cannot confirm for sure.
Cons
In only 4 months I´ve been through 3 different managers. I got this weird feeling that they hired me and at the end didn´t know what to do to me so they assigned me to a manager and a hole team totally based in a country different than mine. Communication and time zones are a challenge.
